Children Policy (Ages 12–18) – Excelencia Villa

Guests aged 12 to 18 years old are welcome at Excelencia Villa and are treated as regular occupants in terms of capacity and pricing.

Teenagers between 12 and 18 years old are counted as adult guests.

They may use any of the standard beds or the available sofa-bed.

The maximum occupancy of 7 guests includes teenagers.

Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of minors during their stay.

The property is not child-proofed, and caution is especially advised around the pool, stairs, and fitness equipment.

No extra beds are provided beyond the configured sleeping arrangements.

If you are booking on behalf of guests between 12 and 18 years old, please ensure that they are accompanied by an adult.
